Our products
Take care of our textile products by washing them preferably by hand and using a neutral soap.
If you use the washing machine, use a short programme and a maximum temperature of 30º.
All our textile products are made and produced in organic cotton using the "digital printing" technique and are manufactured in small local workshops.
To print the mugs I use a sublimation process so that the print lasts over time.
The vegan candles are made with soy wax and aromatic essential oils. They are poured by hand in a completely artisanal process.

The goods will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the order.
Shipments and deliveries
Items will be shipped by the courier company selected by PASCÛAL, once payment has been verified.
Shipping costs have been established according to the current cost of sending parcels to national and international territories.
Transport costs may be granted free of charge and in a timely manner within the framework of actions carried out by PASCÛAL.

Returns and refunds
Our refund and return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalised articles
- Products with obvious signs of use
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial reimbursements are granted:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts through no fault of our own.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
